摘要
目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下基于互联网平台的慢性伤口居家照护体系构建及其实践效果。方法根据医院部署结合指导性文件,借助互联网技术,组建专业化的慢性伤口管理团队,搭建慢性伤口信息化管理系统平台,为患者提供全程、一体化的居家健康管理,并通过信息系统收集相关数据资料,分析患者伤口转归情况。结果2020年1月23日—2月11日,我院伤口造口门诊共为41例慢性伤口患者提供了基于互联网平台的居家照护服务,伤口康复进展均顺利,没有返院就诊病例,患者满意度100%,焦虑缓解,患者慢性伤口相关知识满分率达92.68%。结论在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下,更多慢性伤口患者有居家照护服务需求。基于互联网平台的慢性伤口居家照护模式在特殊疫情下更能发挥其优势,不但能满足慢性伤口患者居家换药需求,而且能有效缓解医疗机构疫情防控负担,降低交叉感染风险,在疫情防控中起较大作用。
Objective To explore the construction and practical effect of chronic wound home care system based on internet platform under coronavirus disease 2019.Methods According to the hospital deployment combined with guidance documents,with the help of internet technology,we set up a specialized chronic wound management team,and a chronic wound information management system platform,provide patients with the whole process,integrated home health management,and collect relevant data through the information system to analyze the patient wound outcome.Results During the period from January 23 to February 11,2020,41 patients with chronic wounds were treated with home care service based on the network platform;the wound rehabilitation progress was smooth;no cases return to hospital;patient satisfaction was 100%;anxiety had been relieved;the full score rate of patients’chronic wound related knowledge was 92.68%.Conclusion Under the condition of coronavirus disease 2019,more patients with chronic wounds need home care service.The home care mode based on internet platform has its advantages in special epidemic situation,which cannot only meet the needs of changing dressing at home for chronic wound patients,but also effectively alleviate the burden of epidemic prevention and control in medical institutions,reduce the risk of cross-infection,and play a great role in epidemic prevention and control.
