摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发生后,急诊科发热、呼吸道感染患者数量明显增加。为保障患者及医务工作人员安全,急诊科积极调整管理策略,从优化急诊人力资源与培训、建立"三区两诊"、改进患者就诊流程三方面入手,有效保障新型冠状病毒肺炎防控效果,为今后科学防控积累经验。
After the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),a number of emergency patients with fever or respiratory symptoms increased significantly. To protect the safety of inpatients and medical staff,the Emergency Department has actively adjusted its management strategies including optimizing human resources and training,establishing "three areas and two clinics",and improving the patient treatment process. Those effective measurements have been proved to be valuable experience for scientific prevention and control of emerging communicable diseases.
