摘要
该院处于新型冠状病毒肺炎的中心区域,为了做好疫情期间的防控工作,普通外科构建动态分级防控体系。对在科患者进行系统规范动态评估,将患者分为疑似和确诊、高危及低危3个等级,分别采用红、黄、绿3色进行标识,指引护理人员动态调整相应的防护等级,对在科患者实施精准防控下的安全高效救治。2020年2月2日—29日,收治36例患者,通过动态分级防控体系,及时发现1例疑似,1例确诊新型冠状病毒肺炎患者,均得到了有效妥善处理,其他34例患者及陪护未发生交叉感染,99名工作人员实现零感染,取得较好的诊疗防控效果。
Our hospital is in the central epidemic area of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19). The dynamic hierarchical prevention and control systerm was explored and applied in general surgery during the epidemic.The patients in our department was conducted systematic,standardized and dynamic assessment. Theywere divided into three grades:suspected and confirmed,high risk and low risk,marked by red,yellow and green respectively.It can help the nursing staff to dynamically adjust the corresponding protection level,so as to provide safe and efficient treatment for patients under accurate prevention and control in our department.36 patients were treated in our department from February 2 to February 29 in 2020.1 suspected and 1 confirmed COVID-19 patients were found in time by dynamic hierarchical prevention and control system. And the two patients were treated effectively and properly. Moreover,the other 34 patients and their companions did not have cross-infection,and the 99 staff members achieved zero infection. We achieved better prevention and control effects by dynamic hierarchical prevention and control system.The dynamic hierarchical prevention and control system in general surgery plays an important role in the comprehensive prevention and control COVID-19 in our hospital.
