摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎是由新型冠状病毒导致的一种新发传染病。方舱医院作为一种特殊的医疗救援系统应用于新型冠状病毒肺炎的救治,取得了良好的效果。本研究结合前期方舱医院的管理实践,从人员、环境、物资、制度、仪器设备及指标监测6个维度总结分析了方舱医院集中收治新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的安全管理难点,并从成立患者安全管理委员会、建立病友志愿者小组、制订患者安全管理制度及流程预案、明确工作人员各岗位职责、落实全员岗前培训、依托信息化技术等方面提出了相应的安全管理策略,进一步完善了方舱医院患者安全管理方案,以期在应对突发传染性疾病过程中发挥更大的作用。
Coronavirus disease(COVID-19) is a new communicable disease caused by a novel coronavirus. Cabin hospital,as a special medical rescuing system,has been exploratorily used to fight against COVID-19 by now and has brought nice outcomes. Based on the existing cabin hospital management work experience,the authors thoroughly describe the potential barriers for patient safety management in current cabin hospitals from 6 domains,including human,machine,material,environment,method,and measurement and then provide possible suggestions for patient safety improvement namely establishment of patient safety management commit,development of patient volunteer group,designing corresponding cabin hospital regulations and rules,defining job description and position responsibilities,organizing staff education and training,and depending on electronic devices and system.
