石化行业大气污染物深度治理技术路线研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着我国挥发性有机物(VOCs)和氮氧化物(NO_(x))协同减排的深入推进,石油炼制工业作为重点管控行业,对VOCs和NO_(x)的控制已难以满足日益严格的环保要求,有必要开展石油炼制行业VOCs和NO_(x)的深度治理。文章介绍了石油炼制行业VOCs和NO_(x)治理技术现状,并提出了石油炼制行业工艺加热炉、裂解炉烟气NO_(x)控制的可行的技术路线,以及不同浓度VOCs控制的可行的技术路线。 With the in-depth promotion of collaborative VOCs and NO_(x)emission reduction in China,it is difficult for the petroleum refining industry,as a key control industry,to meet the increasingly strict environmental requirements on VOCs and NO_(x)control.It is necessary to carry out the advanced treatment of VOCs and NO_(x)in the petroleum refining industry.This paper introduced the present situation of VOCs and NO_(x)treatment technology in the petroleum refining industry,and put forward the feasible technical route of NO_(x)control in flue gas of heating furnace and cracking furnace,as well as the feasible technical route for control of exhaust gas of different VOCs concentrations in the petroleum refining industry.
