摘要
制浆造纸行业作为一个传统工业,其生产过程消耗的电力能源非常大。目前国家提倡节能减排、实现碳中和。为了做好制浆设备的节能优化、达到节能降耗的目标,郑州磊展科技造纸机械有限公司(简称磊展公司)对制浆设备节能降耗的方法进行了深入研究与分析,并对设备做出了相应的改进,旨在进一步节省电力的消耗。同时介绍了磊展公司节能降耗的新设备和新技术。
As a traditional industry,pulp and paper industry consumes a lot of electric energy in its production process.At present,the state advocates energy conservation and emission reduction,and realizes peak carbon dioxide emissions.In order to optimize the energy saving of pulping equipment and achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction,Zhengzhou Leizhan Technology Paper Machinery Co.,Ltd.(referred to as Leizhan Company for short)conducted in-depth research and analysised on the methods of energy saving and consumption reduction of pulping equipment,and made corresponding improvements to the equipment in order to further save the power consumption.This paper introduced the new equipment and technology of Leizhan Company to save energy and reduce consumption.
