偏向虎山行?学术劳动力市场中青年教师学术职业体系选择逻辑 被引量:1

Take the Bull by the Horns?The Selection Logic of Academic Career System for Young Teachers in the Academic Labor Market

摘要 以往关于青年教师学术职业选择的研究大多注重分析为何选择学术职业,未进一步关注青年教师面临的学术职业体系选择问题。本文基于学术职业体系多样化的背景探究青年教师选择“非升即走”职业体系背后的深层原因。借助布迪厄的实践理论,搭建“惯习-资本-结构”分析框架,通过网络民族志与半结构访谈方法整理青年教师的学术及学术职业生涯传记,以此分析青年教师选择“非升即走”的行动逻辑。研究发现,以学术为志为业与对市场化教师聘用规则的认可、交易筹码的持有量与资本再积累目的、学术劳动力市场的信息壁垒与向下兼容的非正式流动规则共同影响了青年教师的选择。本文以惯习、资本与场域三者的交互关系分析青年教师学术职业体系的自主选择逻辑,整合了以往个人的或结构的单一分析视野,也为理解中国学术劳动力个体化进程如何发生提供实践素材。 Most previous researches on the academic career choices of young teachers analyzed why they chose an academic career,but did not pay further attention to the academic career system choice issues faced by young teachers.Based on the diverse backgrounds of the academic career system,this article explores the underlying reasons behind young teachers'choice of the“promote or leave”career system.With the help of Bourdieu's practice theory,we build the“habitus-capital-structure”analytical framework,sort out the academic and academic career biographies of young teachers through network ethnography and semi-structured interviews,and summarize the young teachers'choices of“promote or leave”.This approach allows us to understand the underlying action logic.The study found that various factors contribute to young teachers'choices,including the academic habit of pursuing academic ambition as a career and the recognition of marketoriented teacher recruitment rules,the holding of trading chips and the purpose of capital reaccumulation,the information barriers of the academic labor market and the downwardly compatible informal rules of mobility.This article analyzes the logic of independent choice of young teachers'academic career system based on the relationship between habitus,capital and informal rules of the field.It not only integrates individual or structural single analysis paths,but also provides realistic materials for understanding how the individualization of China's academic labor force occurs.
