摘要
Objective Overactivation of sympathetic nerve system is one of the main mechanism in post-MI myocardial remodeling even after early reperfusion, it eventually leads to heart failure. And renal denervation which targets at renal sympathetic nerves may have beneficial effects on cardiac remodeling. So we perform an experiment aiming to investigate the effect of RDN on cardiac remodeling and function.
