摘要
将环氧树脂NPEL128、双酚A(BPA)、二甲氨基丙胺(DMAPA)、妥尔油酸(TOFA)、二乙醇胺(DEA)进行缩聚反应,采用乳酸(LA)中和转相,NPEL128扩链制备了单组分水性环氧树脂。研究了反应温度、DMAPA用量、中和度对分散体粒径和稳定性的影响。结果表明,当反应温度为120℃、DMAPA质量分数为4%、中和度为90%时分散体稳定性优异,粒径为42.7 nm。在此基础上研究了TOFA用量、扩链度对涂膜硬度、柔韧性和耐水性的影响。优化反应条件可得,当油酸质量分数为16%、扩链度为0.15时,涂膜硬度、耐水性及柔韧性优异,可作为单组分防腐涂料树脂使用。
Epoxy resin NPEL 128, bisphenol A(BPA), N,N-dimethyl propylene diamine(DMAPA), tall oil fatty acid(TOFA) and diethanol amine(DEA) were condensation-polymerized, the pre-polymer was neutralized by lactic acid(LA) and then chainextended by NPEL 128 to prepare one-component waterborne epoxy resin. The influence of reaction temperature, DMAPA weight percentage and neutralization degree on the particle size and stability of the dispersion was investigated. The results show that the dispersion has the best stability when the reaction temperature is 120 ℃, the weight percentage of DMAPA is 4% and the neutralization degree is 90%, the particle size being 42.7 nm. Further, the influence of TOFA dosage and chain extension degree on film hardness, flexibility and water resistance was investigated. After optimization of reaction conditions, when the TOFA dosage is 16% and the chain extension degree is 0.15, coatings film with excellent hardness, flexibility and water resistance can be obtained. The resin can be used in one-component anti-corrosion coatings.
