摘要
目的通过编制初中生健康自评调查表以评价青少年健康现况,为相关量表的研制提供基础。方法采用文献法、专家小组讨论编制健康自评调查表,对武汉两所学校的878名初中生初测,以项目鉴别度分析、探索性因子分析筛选条目,验证性因子分析验证调查表结构效度。结果调查表应答率与有效率分别为98.29%、99.65%。调查表由心理自评、智力自评、身体自评、良性校园关系、负性校园关系、精神信念、情感7个维度33个条目组成。调查表评价内部一致性信度Cronbach’sα系数为0.92,各维度Cronbach’sα系数在0.76~0.92之间,分半信度在0.68~0.91之间,评价效度的因子负荷在0.38~0.86之间,验证性因子分析中χ2/df=1.55,CFI=0.99,NFI=0.96,RMSEA=0.025。结论初中生健康自评调查表具有良好的信度、效度,可作为初中生人群健康水平研究的工具。
Objective To establish the health self-assessment questionnaire for middle school students.Methods The questionnaire of health self-assessment was prepared by methods of literature and expert consultation.After preliminary test in 878 middle school students from 2 schools in Wuhan city,the questionnaire was validated by item analysis,exploratory factor analysis(EFA)and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA).Results The response rate and efficiency of the questionnaire were 98.2%and 99.65%,respectively.The questionnaire consisted of 33 items in 7 self-assessments dimensions including psychology,intelligence,physical condition,positive campus relationship,negative campus relationship,spirit and emotion.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the questionnaire was 0.92.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient of dimension was between 0.76-0.92,the semi-reliability was between 0.68-0.91.The CFA analysis showed that the factor load was between 0.38-0.86,theχ~2/df was 1.55,CFI was 0.99,NFI was 0.96 and RMSEA was 0.025.Conclusion The present study showed that the health self-assessment for middle school student had good reliability and validity,which can be used as a tool for middle school students’health status survey.
