摘要
目的了解医学生劝阻吸烟现状及影响因素,为开展控烟教育提供依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,对重庆市某医学高等学校临床、公共卫生、麻醉医学、影像医学四个专业共2599名在校医学生进行问卷调查。结果1027名(39.5%)医学生劝阻他人吸烟。劝阻亲人吸烟率64.1%,劝阻朋友吸烟率33.6%,劝阻老师吸烟率12.8%。在有明显戒烟标志的公共场所见到陌生人吸烟,36.0%会上前劝阻。医学生劝阻吸烟单因素分析结果显示:性别、年级、本人及亲友吸烟情况,控烟相关知识、态度,对社会控烟环境的感知及参与控烟实践等14个因素有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,女性(OR=1.516,95%CI:1.255~1.831)、高年级学生(OR=1.181,95%CI:1.053~1.325)、本人(OR=0.632,95%CI:0.461~0.867)及亲朋好友(OR=1.226,95%CI:1.045~1.438)吸烟情况、媒体控制吸烟信息(OR=0.883,95%CI:0.800~0.974)、有效劝阻他人吸烟(OR=0.530,95%CI:0.404~0.697)的医学生更倾向于劝阻他人吸烟(P均<0.05)。结论医学生劝阻吸烟受多种因素影响,应加强医学生烟草危害性教育,积极开展控烟实践活动提高学生控烟技能,加大媒体控烟宣传的同时积极宣扬公众劝阻吸烟的道德善举,制定相应法律为公民劝阻吸烟提供保障,形成良好的社会控烟环境。
Objective To investigate the status and influence factors of dissuading others from smoking among medical students and to provide scientific evidences for carrying out tobacco control education.Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted among 2599 medical students of clinical medicine,public health,anesthetic medicine and imaging medicine in a medical university of Chongqing by cluster sampling method during March to April 2016.Results Statistic showed that about 1027(39.5%)of medical students dissuading others from smoking,while dissuading their relatives,friends,teachers from smoking were 64.1%,33.6%and 12.8%respectively.36.0%of them dissuaded strangers in public area with clear no-smoking signs.Mono-factor analysis demonstrated that 14 influence factors were significant different(P<0.05),such as gender,grade,smoking friends and relatives and oneself,knowledge and attitude of tobacco control,perception of the social people related to smoking control environment and participation in tobacco control practice etc.Multivariate analysis showed that they were more likely to discourage others from smoking(P<0.05)that female(OR=1.516,95%CI:1.255-1.831),senior medical students(OR=1.181,95%CI:1.053-1.325),smoking friends(OR=1.226,95%CI:1.045-1.438)and themselves(OR=0.632,95%CI:0.461-0.867),the media control of smoking information(OR=0.883,95%CI:0.800-0.974)and the discouraging others smoking effectively(OR=0.530,95%CI:0.404-0.697).Conclusion Medical students who discourage smoking are impacted by many factors.We should strengthen the harmfulness of tobacco education for medical students,carry out smoking control activities actively.Therefore,the skills of tobacco control should be improved,the awareness of discouraging smoking of the public should be increased and tobacco control legislation should be established to ensure the people dissuading others from smoking.It is beneficial to create a solid tobacco control social environment.
