摘要
良种是维持农业增产稳产的重要基础,也是保障国家粮食安全的关键所在。要想打赢种业翻身仗,生物育种必不可缺。现阶段,生物技术已成为国际种业竞争的焦点,也是种业科技水平的综合体现。本文重点从重要农艺性状基因的发掘与应用、全基因组选择技术的应用、基因编辑技术的应用和未来植物工厂等方面概述国内外作物生物育种的研究现状和进展,并对我国未来作物生物育种的发展提出建议。
Elite varieties are important basis for increasing and stabilizing yield in agricultural production,and also the key to ensuring national food security. In order to win the battle of seed production industry, biobreeding is necessary. At present, biological breeding technology has become the focus of international competition, and is also the comprehensive embodiment of science and technology level in seed production industry. This article reviews the research status of mining and application of important agronomic traits genes,application of genomic selection technology, application of gene editing technology and future plant factory, and provides relative proposals for the future development of crop bio-breeding in China.
