摘要
秦山核电M310核电机组燃料水池水闸门在使用过程中频繁出现由于密封圈老化、破损、膨胀量不足等缺陷导致的泄漏问题,严重影响了水闸门的正常功能。为此,针对燃料水池水闸门密封性从结构、材质、制造工艺三方面进行技术改进,达到了预期的效果。本文从水闸门密封技术改进理论论证、试验验证两方面进行了阐述,并展望了水闸门密封技术改进的应用前景。
The leakage of the fuel pool gate of M310 nuclear power unit in Qinshan NUclear Power is frequently caused by aging,damage and insufficient expansion and other defects of the sealing problem,which seriously affects the normal use function of the sluice gate.Therefore,the sealing technique of sluice gate of fuel pool is improved from three aspects of structure,material and manufacturing technology,and the expected effect is achieved.In this paper,the implementation of the gate sealing technique in fuel pool is described from two aspects of theoretical demonstration and experimental verification,and the prospect of the application and popularization of the gate sealing technique improvement is forecasted.
