摘要
预制拼装混凝土节段桥梁具有经济、施工快速、对环境影响小等优势,在世界各国的桥梁建设中已经得到大量应用。混凝土梁节段在接缝处的不连续性对结构力学性能有不可忽视的影响,是桥梁设计中需特别关注的问题。对预制拼装混凝土节段梁的力学性能研究进展进行系统梳理,分别从键齿接缝直剪性能、节段梁受弯性能、弯剪扭复合受力性能和往复加载下力学性能4个方面对研究现状进行综述,归纳总结了预制拼装混凝土节段梁结构在不同加载模式下的力学特征和承载机理。总体来说,当前对接缝直剪性能和节段梁受弯性能的承载机理已有成熟系统的认识,最新研究成果为现行设计规范中计算公式的局限性提出了修订建议;节段梁结构的弯剪扭复合受力性能及往复承载性能试验研究较缺乏,有待对其承载机制及计算分析方法开展更多研究;施工方便、性能优异的新型剪力键形式及预应力体系,未来有待开展更多研究。
Precast concrete segmental bridge(PCSB)has been widely used in construction around the world because of its advantages of economy,fast construction,and low impact on the environment.The discontinuity of the joints between concrete segments has significant effects on the mechanical properties of the structure,which needs specially considered in bridge design.In this paper,the research progress of the mechanical properties of PCSB is systematically reviewed.The state of the art is summarized from four aspects,namely,the direct shear performance of the shear keyed joints,the flexural performance of PCSB,and the behaviors of PCSB under combined loading and reciprocating loading.The mechanical characteristics and load-bearing mechanism of PCSB under different loading modes are concluded.In summary,the load-bearing mechanism of the direct shear performance and the flexural performance of PCSB has been systematically understood currently.The latest research put forward some suggestions for the modifications of the current design specification.The experiments on the combined flexural,shear,and torsional behaviors and the reciprocating performances of the precast segmental concrete beam structure are relatively scarce.More research is needed on its bearing mechanism and analysis methods.The new type of shear key and prestressed system with convenient construction and excellent performance are hopefully to be researched in the future.
