摘要
《固体废弃物污染环境防治法》修订版明确了国家推行生活垃圾分类制度,将我国垃圾分类活动提升到一个新高度。本文分析了日本垃圾治理的演进过程,指出了日本垃圾分类的成功经验,希望以此为借鉴更好推动我国垃圾分类标准化工作。
The Revised Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Wastes specifies the implementation of a waste classification system in China.This paper analyzes the evolution of waste management in Japan and summarizes successful experience of waste classification,to provide reference for better promoting the standardization of waste classification.
