摘要
住院病案首页是目前标准化程度较高的一类健康医疗大数据,探讨如何利用住院病案首页评价临床路径的实施效果具有重要意义。本文从住院病案首页的标准化、丰富性和灵活性三方面分析将其应用于临床路径效果评价的可实现性。通过在住院病案首页中增加相关项目,如是否进入临床路径、有无变异、是否退出路径等,同时充分利用住院病案首页的其他项目信息,可分析工作量、服务效率、服务质量、卫生经济学指标等临床路径效果评价指标,为国家卫生统计和医院管理决策提供标准化、可靠、便捷的数据支持。
The front page of the medical record is a kind of health medical big data with high standardization.It is of great significance to explore how to use the front page of the medical record to evaluate the implementation effect of the clinical path.This paper analyzes the achievability of clinical path effect evaluation from the three aspects of standardization,richness and flexibility of the medical record front page.By adding relevant items to the front page of the medical record,such as whether to enter the clinical pathway,whether there is variation,whether to exit the pathway,etc.,and at the same time making full use of other information on the front page of the medical record,the effect evaluation indicators of clinical pathway such as the workload,service efficiency,service quality,and health economic indicators can be analyzed.Then it can provide standardized,reliable and convenient data support for national health statistics and hospital management decisions.
