摘要
目的分析四川省住院患者医疗费用现状,为制定疾病防控策略提供可靠的参考依据。方法收集2018年四川省住院患者费用资料,采用总费用和次均费用来评估全省的医疗费用状况。结果2018年全省住院患者总医疗费用为1117.87亿元,占GDP比重为2.75%,次均住院患者医疗费用为6259.90元,其中非传染性疾病的医疗费用总额最高,占所有疾病医疗费用的72.02%。2018年影响医疗费用总额较大的前三疾病包括循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、损伤和中毒;次均医疗费用较高的疾病有肿瘤、精神障碍、损伤和中毒等。结论四川省住院患者医疗费用的消耗主要分布在成都市、南充市和泸州市等地区,应针对重点疾病和地区,采取有效措施降低医疗费用。
Objective To analyse the loss of medical expenses of inpatient in Sichuan Province and provide reliable references for effective prevention and control of diseases.Methods The inpatient cost data of Sichuan Province in 2018 were collected and the medical expenses of the whole province were evaluated by the total cost and average cost.Results The total loss of medical expenses of inpatient was 111.787 billion RMB in Sichuan Province in 2018,which account for 2.75%of GDP,the medical expenses of inpatient per time is 6,259.90 yuan.The total medical expenses of noncommunicable diseases was highest,which account for 72.02%of Total medical expenses,The three leading diseases of total medical expenses were circulatory system disease,respiratory system diseases,and injury and poisoning,respectively.The disease with heaviest per capita medical expenses included:tumors,psychogenia,injury and poisoning.Conclusion The consumption of medical expenses of inpatients in Sichuan Province was mainly distributedin Chengdu city,Nanchong city and Luzhou city,effective measures should be taken to reduce the medical expenses in view of key diseases and regions.
