内分泌科住院医师规范化培训中CBL教学法优势评价 被引量:18

The Advantages Evaluation of CBL Teaching Methods Based on Standardized Training of Residents in Endocrinology Department

摘要 目的评价案例教学法在内分泌科住院医师规范化培训中的优势。方法将2017年7月-2019年6月30日在内分泌科进行住院医师规范化培训的学员45人,随机分为实验组(23人)和对照组(22人)。实验组采用CBL教学法带教,对照组采用传统方法带教。比较2组的出科考试成绩,包括理论考试、技能操作考试和病例分析考试及问卷调查结果。结果理论考试成绩实验组与对照组差异无统计学意义(P=0.877);技能操作考试成绩实验组(93.82±1.70)分,对照组(92.158±1.58)分,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);病例分析考试成绩实验组(94.02±1.42)分,对照组(92.11±1.47)分,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。问卷调查显示,实验组学员认为CBL法对于激发学习兴趣、提高独立学习能力、提高文献检索阅读能力、增强语言表达能力、提高临床思维能力等有帮助,其对教学方法整体满意度(4.30±0.559)高于对照组(3.91±0.610),差异有统计学意义(P=0.028)。结论CBL教学法能有效提高学员临床实践技能,提升学员自主学习能力和学习兴趣,增强学员的综合素质,值得广泛应用。 Objective To further evaluate the advantages of Case-based Learning(CBL)in standardized training for residents in endocrinology.Methods From July 1 st 2017 to June 302019,45 residents from the endocrinology department were randomly divided into the experimental group(23 cases)and control group(22 cases).Case-based learning was conducted in the experimental group,while the traditional clinical teaching mode was applied in the control group.The scores of the examinations(including the theoretical examination,the skill operation examination and the case analysis examination)and the questionnaire survey results were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in theoretical test between the two groups(P=0.877).The total score of the skill test in the experimental group was(93.82±1.70)and the control group was(92.158±1.58),the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).The total score of case analysis test in the experimental group was(94.02±1.42),and the control group was(92.11±1.47),the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).The questionnaire survey showed that the residents in the experimental group believed that their teaching methods were helpful in stimulating interest in learning,improving independent learning ability,improving literature retrieval and reading ability,enhancing language expression ability,and improving clinical thinking ability.The overall satisfaction of the method(4.30±0.559)was higher than control group(3.91±0.610),and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.028).Conclusions The CBL teachingmethod could increase the clinical practice skills of residents,enhance their self-learning ability and interest,and improve the comprehensive quality of the students,which was worthy of further application.
