摘要
随着地勘单位的转型发展,对财务的要求也越来越高,不仅需要会做账,还要挖掘数据中隐藏的信息,帮助企业做分析,做预测;。财务人员迫切需要解放思想,打破传统思维定式,用新发展思路和服务理念为财务工作导航,从传统的会计核算型向管理会计型转型,真正参与到单位经营管理工作中,帮助领导层及时制定政策,合理利用资源,强化内部管理,不仅要“体现价值”,更要“创造价值”。
Along with geological exploration unit transformational development,the requirement on financial is increasingly higher.Financial staffs not only should make account,but also dig out concealed information in data to help enterprise carry out analysis and prediction.Financial staffs urgently need to emancipate their mind,break traditional fixed thinking,through the new development thoughts and service ideas to navigate financial works.The transformation should be from traditional accounting type to accounting for management type,really participated to the unit operation management,helped executive level policy making on time.To put resources to rational use,strengthen internal management,not only need“value embodiment”but also“creation value”.
