摘要
目的通过探讨脑膜瘤中CD16和b-FGF的表达情况,为其诊断提供方法。方法分析110例脑膜瘤的临床表现、组织学形态及免疫表型,并复习相关文献。结果CD16在91.8%的脑膜瘤中表达(101/110),其中肿瘤细胞的细胞核与细胞质均阳性者占97.0%(98/101),仅有核阳性者占3.0%(3/101);b-FGF在98.2%的脑膜瘤中表达(108/110),其中细胞核加细胞质的共同阳性占86.1%(93/108),仅有核阳性占13.9%(15/108)。CD16与b-FGF在脑膜瘤中的表达差异有统计学意义,b-FGF的表达阳性率高于CD16。CD16与b-FGF在脑膜瘤中的表达没有相关性。CD16和b-FGF在WHO 1级、2级和3级脑膜瘤中的表达差异没有统计学意义。CD16和b-FGF在不同组织学亚型脑膜瘤中的表达没有统计学差异。10例成人型弥漫性胶质瘤、10例孤立性纤维性肿瘤、10例平滑肌瘤和10例良性纤维组织细胞瘤中CD16为阴性。b-FGF在10例成人型弥漫性胶质瘤、10例孤立性纤维性肿瘤、10例平滑肌瘤中核阳性,在10例良性纤维组织细胞瘤中为阴性。结论CD16和b-FGF在脑膜瘤中弥漫强表达,而且CD16在对照组中不表达,CD16可以用于脑膜瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断。
Objective To investigate the expression of CD16 and b-FGF in meningeoma and make a definite diagnosis.Methods The clinical presentation,histopathological feautures and immunophenoetype were analyzed in 110 cases of meningeoma.Results CD16 was positive in most meningeoma(91.8%),while 97.0%positive cases showed both nuclear and cytoplasm staining.98.2%cases of meningeoma showed strong staining of b-FGF,while 86.1%positive cases showed both nuclear and cytoplasm staining.b-FGF protein expression was significantly higher in meningeoma than CD16.Spearman’s correlation revealed that b-FGF protein expression was not correlated with CD16.There was no significant differences between CD16 and b-FGF in histological subtype and tumor stage.CD16 was negative in epilepsy,adult-type diffuse gliomas,solitary fibrous tumor,liomyoma and benign fibrous histiocytoma.b-FGF was positive in epilepsy,adulttype diffuse gliomas,solitary fibrous tumor,liomyoma.And was negtive in benign fibrous histiocytoma.Conclusion CD16 and b-FGF are positive in meningeoma,and CD16 may be helpful in diagnosis of meningeoma.
