摘要
目的了解天津市滨海新区托幼机构消毒工作质量,为监管部门的监管工作和下一步卫生培训提供科学依据。方法对2019年各托幼机构消毒效果进行检测,采样项目包括室内空气、物体表面、工作人员手、餐饮具。统计分析各项目及不同类别托幼机构合格率。结果共采集样品800份,合格722份,合格率为90.25%。检测项目中餐饮具合格率最高为98.75%,其次是工作人员手,合格率为96.25%,物体表面合格率为90.83%,室内空气合格率最低,为80.00%。不同类别托幼机构及不同项目的合格率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论各托幼机构室内空气合格率较往年略低,其他项目合格率较往年基本持平,还需采取措施提高整体的消毒质量水平。尤其是家庭式托幼园所的消毒工作,应引起监管部门的高度重视。
Objective To understand the disinfection quality of nurseries and kindergartens in Tianjin Binhai New Area,to provide scientific basis for the supervision work of regulatory authorities and the next step of health training.Methods The disinfection effects of nurseries and kindergartens in 2019 were tested,and the sampling items included indoor air,object surface,staff hands and catering equipment.The eligibility rates of various projects and different types of nurseries and kindergartens were statistically analyzed.Results A total of 800 samples were collected,of which 722 were qualified,with a qualified rate of 90.25%.Detection project in tableware qualified rate as high as 98.75%,followed by the staff hand,followed by staff’s hands,the qualified rate was 96.25%,the qualified rate of object surface was 90.83%,and the qualified rate of indoor air was the lowest,only 80.00%.The eligibility rates of different types of nurseries and kindergartens and different projects were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The qualified rate of indoor air in nurseries and kindergartens was slightly lower than normal,the qualified rates of other projects were basically the same as that in previous years.Measures need to be taken to improve the overall disinfection quality level.Especially the disinfection work of family kindergartens should be highly valued by the regulatory authorities.
