摘要
为提高油藏水驱开发效果,注水井需要采用调剖措施改善吸水剖面,提高水驱波及系数。冀东油田采用偏心分注管柱进行调剖后部分水井出现测试仪器下放遇阻、偏心配水器水嘴无法投放、堵塞器打捞失败、封隔器反洗阀开启失效等难题。为解决上述难题,采用隔离地层定点调剖的思路,研制了分层调剖注水一体化管柱及调剖开关、单流偏心配水器两种配套井下工具,现场应用15口井,其中6口井实施了调剖作业。现场应用证明,该一体化管柱有效降低了测试仪器遇阻率,提高了调配成功率,同时封隔器反洗功能正常,满足了一趟管柱既能分层调剖,又能分层注水的工艺需求,有效节约了生产成本,缩短了生产周期,具有广阔的推广应用前景。
In order to improve the effect of water flooding for reservoir,profile control measures should be adopted to improve water absorption profile and water flooding sweep coefficient.However,after the application of eccentric zonal water injection string for profile control in Jidong Oilfield,there are problems such as the running of test instrument got stuck,the eccentric distributor nozzle cannot be used,plug fishing failed,and the packer backwash channel fails to open.We researched the idea of using isolate the formation and fixed-point profile control to solve the technical problems.For this,we have developed layered profile control and water injection integrated pipe string and two supporting downhole tools including the profile control switch and the single-flow eccentric water distributor.Fifteen wells were deployed,and profile control operations were implemented in 6 wells.Field tests showed that the integrated pipe string effectively reduced the resistance rate of the test instrument and improved the success rate of deployment.At the same time,the packer backwash function is normal,which can meet the requirement that the pipe string can perform layered profile control and layered water injection in one trip,effectively saving production costs,shortening the production cycle,having broad application prospects.
