CLASSIFICATION AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THE NUTRITION LABELS ON FRONT OF THE PACKED FOODS

摘要 目的系统介绍全球主要的预包装食品包装正面营养标签(front-of-packagenutritionlabels,FOP)不同类型及方法学特点。方法分类列举现有的FOP类别,归纳总结其特征及方法学特点。结果FOP可分为特定营养素型,特定营养素总结解释型,总结评价型,以及混合型四类,不同的FOP方法学特点和原理不同。结论所有FOP营养标签中最关注的营养素是钠、脂肪(饱和脂肪、反式脂肪)和总糖。总结评价型FOP是目前应用最为广泛的类型. Objective To provide an overview of the front-of-package nutrition labels(FOP)currently in practice in different countries.Methods We listed existing FOP categories,summarized their characteristics and methodologic features and compared their application status in different countries.Results There are four types of FOP,nutrient specific,interpretive nutrient-specific summarized evaluative and combinational.Each type has strengths and limitations and is different in presentation and nutrition focus.Conclusion Sodium,saturated fat,trans fat,and total sugar are the most common critical nutrients on all FOP nutrition summary indicator labels.Summarized evaluative type is the most widely used type at present.[ACTA NUTRIMENTA SINICA,2020,42(4):318-324]
