摘要
随着"一带一路"倡议的提出与实施,我国对外开放和参与国际竞争的程度进一步加深。在各项涉外工作中,我们要运用法律手段维护我国的正当权益,这对法律翻译和法律翻译人才培养提出了较高的要求。法律翻译人才的培养是做好法律翻译工作的基础,然而,我国目前法律翻译人才培养与"一带一路"建设需求脱节,人才培养难以满足社会发展的需求。本研究以"一带一路"倡议为出发点,试图客观、深入地分析全球化格局下,法律翻译人才培养面临的挑战和存在的问题,并在此基础上提出满足"一带一路"建设需求的法律翻译人才培养对策。
With the proposal and advancement of"the Belt and Road"initiative,China’s opening-up and participation in international competition have been further deepened.As the law is the tool for us to protect our legal rights in foreign-related tasks,legal translation and translation training play an important role.Legal translation training is the foundation of legal translation work.However,the present legal translation training in China fails to meet the demands of the Belt and Road construction and the needs of social development.This study focuses on the challenges and problems that the legal translation training in China is facing in the background of the Belt and Road construction and globalization and tries to find out solutions to improve the quality of legal translation training so as to meet the demands of the Belt and Road construction.
