2018—2019年平顶山市湛河区医疗机构消毒质量监测分析 被引量:5

Surveillance analysis on disinfectant effect of medical insitution of Zhanhe district in Pingdingshan from 2018 to 2019

摘要 目的了解平顶山市湛河区各级医疗机构消毒质量状况,为提高消毒质量,预防院内感染提供科学依据。方法采用现场采样和实验室微生物检验的方法,2018—2019年对辖区97家各级医疗机构的质量进行监测和分析。结果2年共监测样品2302份,合格2117份,总合格率为91.96%;2018年合格率为91.93%,2019年合格率为91.96%。不同监测对象中,灭菌后物品压力灭菌器合格率均为100.00%,使用中的消毒剂合格率为98.89%,而室内空气及紫外线灯监测合格率较低,分别为82.33%、80.00%。市级医院消毒监测合格率最高(93.75%),社区服务中心和乡级医院次之(92.48%和92.05%),个体诊所与区级医院的合格率比较低,但各级医疗机构消毒效果差异无统计学意义(χ~2=2.68,P=0.61)。结论湛河区辖区内各级医疗机构消毒质量整体状况良好,但仍然存在部分问题,特别是室内空气及紫外线灯需要进一步加强消毒质量管理。 Objective To evaluate the effect of disinfection and sterilization in medical insitution in Zhanhe district of Pingdingshan during 2018-2019,so as to provide the scientific basis for the control and prevention of nosocomial infection.Methods Field sampling and monitoring methods were used to monitor and analyze the quality of disinfectant effect of 97 medical institutions in Zhanhe district of Pingdingshan during 2018-2019.Results A total of 2302 samples during 2018-2019 were collected and 2117 samples were qualified,with a total passing rate of 91.96%.The passing rate was 91.93%in 2018 and 91.96%in 2019.The qualified rate of disinfectant and pressure steam sterilizer in use was 100%,and the passing rate of disinfectants in use was 98.89%.Passing rates of air samples and ultraviolet lamp were low,which were 82.33%and 80.00%,respectively.The qualified rate of disinfection in municipal hospitals was the highest(93.75%),followed by community service centers and township hospitals(92.48%and 92.05%);the qualified rate of individual clinics and district hospitals was relatively low.There was no significant difference in disinfection effect among medical institutions at all levels(χ~2=2.68,P=0.61).Conclusion The disinfection quality of Zhanhe district medical institutions was generally high,but the work of nosocomial infection was a long term one that needs lasting surveillance of supervisory organ,the medical institutions should spend more time on strengthening the weak links of indoor air disinfection and ultraviolet disinfection.
