美金刚联合多奈哌齐治疗阿尔茨海默病的临床疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察美金刚联合多奈哌齐治疗阿尔茨海默病(AD)的临床疗效。方法将96例AD患者根据就诊顺序分为对照组与研究组,各48例,对照组给予多奈哌齐治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上服用美金刚。对比两组治疗前后MMSE、ADAS-Cog及ADL评分,并统计治疗总有效率。结果与治疗后对照组比较,研究组MMSE和ADL评分明显升高,ADAS-Cog评分明显降低(P<0.05);两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论美金刚联合多奈哌齐治疗AD临床效果较好,可有效改善患者神经功能。
