摘要
白内障是致盲率最高的眼科疾病之一,手工手术治疗白内障成功率及术中术后效果难以保证。飞秒激光具有极高的峰值功率,热影响小,切割精度高,非常适用于眼科手术。本文以二向色镜为基础,合理布局光路,组合高分辨光学成像系统(CCD)、光学相干层析成像系统(OCT)、激光切割运动平台,完成飞秒激光辅助白内障手术系统的设计,并在CCD图像和OCT图像的联合导航下完成样品指定位置、指定深度的轨迹切割,为后续生物组织切割实验打下基础。
Cataract is one of the most common eye diseases with blindness.The success rate of manual surgery for cataract and the effect of intraoperative and postoperative are difficult to guarantee.The femtosecond laser has extremely high peak power,low thermal impact and high cutting precision,making it ideal for ophthalmic surgery.Based on the dichroic mirror,this paper arranges the optical path reasonably,combines the high resolution optical imaging system(CCD),the optical coherence tomography system(OCT),and the laser cutting motion platform to complete the design of the femtosecond laser assisted cataract surgery system.Under the joint navigation of CCD image and OCT image,the trajectory cutting of the specified position and the specified depth of the sample is completed,which lays a foundation for the subsequent biological tissue cutting experiment.
