摘要
在新时代,云南地方高校图书馆担负着弘扬和传承传统优秀文化的职能,这就涉及到馆藏特色资源与办学特色的凝练。二者的内在联系紧密,馆藏特色资源建设服务于学校的特色专业与学科建设,进而形成办学特色,而办学特色是馆藏特色资源建设实现的方向,二者最终的实现都是为了一个目标指向——提升学校的办学水平与知名度。所以,各高校图书馆所处区域的本土文化、尤其是各少数民族文化丰富多彩,既是馆藏特色资源建设的重要资源,也是馆藏特色资源建设与办学特色内在联系的基础。地方图书馆必须以此为依托,一方面更好地实现服务学校教学与科研的功能,一方面也成为各自所处区域的文化中心,服务于地方经济社会的发展。
In the new era,local university libraries in Yunnan are shouldering the function of carrying forward and inheriting the traditional excellent culture,which involves the concise collection of characteristic resources and educating characteristics.The construction of characteristic collection resources serves the construction of characteristic majors and disciplines of the university,thus forming the characteristics of education.The characteristics of running a local university are the realization direction of the construction of characteristic collection resources.The ultimate realization of the two is to improve the level of running a university and its popularity.Therefore,the local culture,especially the ethnic minority culture in the area where the university libraries are located is rich and colorful,which is not only an important resource for the construction of library collection characteristic resources,but also the foundation for the internal connection between the construction of library collection characteristic resources and education characteristics.Local libraries should first better serve the teaching and scientific research of universities.Besides,they should become the cultural center of their respective regions and serve the development of local economy and society.
