摘要
清代名医黄元御的"土枢四象,一气周流"理论认为气"左升右降,中气斡旋"的运动形式产生了人体的各种生理与病理的变化,阐释了疾病病机及治疗思路中脾胃气机周流运转的重要性。周流不畅,则百病由生,而妇科月经病的产生,常为脏腑功能失常、气血失调,周流不畅,影响冲任督带,最终损伤胞宫所致。基于"土枢四象,一气周流"理论,探索妇科月经病的致病机理,以期为针灸治疗月经病提供临床新思路。
Famous doctor Huang Yuanyu’s theory"soil pivot four organs,qi circle in round"believed that the movement of qi"rising from left to right,mediating middle-jiao qi"had produced various physiological and pathological changes of human body.This paper explains the importance of the circulation of middle-jiao qi in the pathogenesis of disease and treatment.If the flow is not smooth,a hundred diseases will be born.Gynecological menstrual disease,often for the viscera dysfunction,qi and blood disorders,flow not smooth,affect the Chong Ren Du Channels,and ultimately damage the uterus.Based on the theory of"soil pivot four organs,qi circle in round",this paper explores the pathogenic mechanism of gynecological menstrual disease in order to provide a new clinical idea for acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of menstrual disease.
