摘要
目的:考察不同的提取方式对前胡的指标成分白花前胡甲素和乙素含量的影响。方法:以白花前胡甲素和乙素为指标,采用高效液相法测定其含量;比较不同溶液、不同提取方法等工艺条件下白花前胡甲素和乙素含量的差异。结果:不同提取方法所得的HPLC图谱相似度高,甲醇超声法提取白花前胡甲素的含量较高,甲醇摇瓶法提取白花前胡乙素的含量较高。结论:安全、温和的提取工艺适合于白花前胡指标成分的提取。
Objective:To study the effect of different extraction methods on the content of praeruptoron A and B.Methods:The contents of praeruptoron A and B determined by HPLC.Compare the differences in the content of praeruptoron A and B in different solutions,different extraction methods and other processes.Results:High similarity of HPLC profiles obtained by different extraction methods.The higher content of praeruptoron A was extracted by methanol ultrasonic method.The higher content of praeruptoron B was extracted by methanol shake flask method.Conclusion:The safe and gentle extraction process is suitable for the extraction of index components fromPeucedanum praeruptorum.
