摘要
目的:观察民族药蓝刺头对去卵巢骨质疏松模型鼠体质量时序性变化、子宫组织形态及骨组织骨密度(BMD)的影响。方法:建模分组后,用蓝刺头、强骨胶囊和己烯雌酚分别灌胃作用模型大鼠90天,观察比较各组体质量时序性变化、骨密度、子宫病理学计量情况。结果:与模型组比较,适当剂量的蓝刺头能增加离体股骨骨密度;能有效抑制去势骨质疏松模型鼠体质量过快过高增长;能显著改善大鼠去卵巢对于子宫的影响,子宫肌全层明显增厚,内膜腺体内部的直径明显增大,内膜腺体腔内面积所占视野百分比明显增大,内膜上皮深度明显增大,P<0.05。结论:蓝刺头具有提高去势大鼠BMD作用,对其有明显的治疗作用;一定程度上抑制了雌激素缺乏导致的子宫功能丧失,从而在骨量维持方面发挥重要作用。从客观检测指标上验证了蓝刺头在防治PMOP的同时,可以有效避免雌激素替代疗法对子宫所带来的严重不良影响,为传统民族医药防治PMOP提供了理论依据。
Objective:To observe the effects of traditional medicine on body mass,bone density(BMD)of PMOP rats.Methods:after the modeling group,the rats were treated with Echinops sphaerocephalus,strong bone capsule and diethylestol for 90 days,and the body mass,bone density and uterine pathology of each group were observed and compared.Results:Compared with the model group,the appropriate dose of Echinops sphaerocephalus could increase bone density of isolated femoral bone.It can effectively inhibit the excessive and high body mass increase of castration osteoporosis model rats.It can significantly improve the effect of rat ovaries on the uterus,increase the thickness of the entire uterine muscle,increase the diameter of the inner membrane gland,increase the percentage of the inner field of vision of the inner membrane gland,and increase the depth of the inner membrane epithelium.Statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Echinops sphaerocephalus has the effect of improving castration rats BMD and has the obvious therapeutic effect.To some extent,it inhibits the loss of uterine function caused by estrogen deficiency,which plays an important role in bone mass maintenance.It is verified from the objective detection index that Echinops sphaerocephalus head can effectively avoid the serious adverse effects of estrogen replacement therapy on the uterus while preventing and treating PMOP,and provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of PMOP for traditional ethnic medicine.
