摘要
目的:评价针眼外敷中药包热敷治疗对早期麦粒肿的临床有效性。方法:选取89例(90只眼)早期麦粒肿患者,随机入组,分为单用氧氟沙星眼膏的对照组和氧氟沙星眼膏联用针眼外敷包热敷的试验组,考察两组患者治疗前后疼痛程度(VAS)、肿块直接大小、中医证型评分和有效率,并收集安全性指标。结果:经t检验,合用针眼外敷包组治疗后各项指标均明显低于对照组,包括肿块直径大小(P=0.046),对照组(0.27±0.24)cm/试验组(0.15±0.11)cm;疼痛程度(P=0.047),对照组(2.33±1.50)/试验组(1.57±0.75);中医证型评分(P=0.004),对照组(7.56±3.11)/试验组(4.74±2.68)。临床总有效率,对照组为56.82%、试验组为95.65%(P<0.001)。此外,安全性数据无明显差异。结论:合用针眼外敷中药包热敷治疗早期麦粒肿,可清热解毒止痛、祛瘀化脓消肿,效果明显优于局部抗生素单用,安全性较高,值得推广。
Objective:Aim To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zhenyanwaifu herb package on the treatment of the early stye.Methods:89 patients suffering from early stye were randomly divided into the treatment group(by topical antibiotics combined with hot compress of herb package)and the control group(with only topical antibiotics).Results:Compared to the control group(C),all the quantitative indexes in the treatment group(T)were apparently reduced statistically,including swelling size(cm,C:0.270.24/T:0.150.11,P=0.046),hurt score(C:2.331.50/T:1.570.75,P=0.047),and traditional Chinese medicine symptom grade(C:7.563.11/T:4.742.68,P=0.004).And the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.65%,obviously higher than that of the control group on 56.82%(P=0.011,chisquare test),with no distinct safety difference between the two groups.Conclusion:The treatment of the topical antibiotics combined with Zhenyanwaifu herb package,showing the effects of removing toxicity,reliving pain,and diminishing swelling,enjoyed a better clinical efficacy on early stye than that of only topical antibiotics,and deserves spreading application.
