摘要
目的:探讨铁皮石斛破壁粉工艺参数对质量参数的影响。方法:采用振动式细胞级粉碎机对铁皮石斛进行破壁粉碎,研究工艺参数铁皮石斛含水量、粉碎时间、粉碎温度对铁皮石斛质量参数醇溶性浸出物、多糖、甘露糖含量及甘露糖/葡萄糖峰面积比的影响。结果:铁皮石斛含水量、粉碎温度、粉碎时间工艺参数对醇溶性浸出物、多糖及甘露糖/葡萄糖峰面积比的影响显著由大到小为:甘露糖/葡萄糖峰面积比>浸出物>多糖;对甘露糖含量测定无影响。结论:醇溶性浸出物、多糖及甘露糖/葡萄糖峰面积比可作为研究铁皮石斛破壁粉工艺研究和工艺优化的检测性指标。
Objective:The effect of technological parameters of ultrafine powder on quality parameters of Dendrobium officinale was studied.Methods:The wall of dendrobium officinale was broken and crushed by vibratory cell mill.The effects of water content,crushing time and crushing temperature on the content of alcohol soluble extract,polysaccharide,mannose and mannose/glucose peak area ratio of D.officinale were studied.Results:The effects of water content,comminution temperature and comminution time on the alcohol soluble extract,polysaccharide and mannose/glucose peak area ratio of D.officinale were as follows:mannose/glucose peak area ratio of>extract>polysaccharide.It has no effect on mannose content determination.Conclusion:The alcohol soluble extract,polysaccharide and mannose/glucose peak area ratio can be used as the detectability index for studying the technology of ultrafine powder of D.officinale.
