摘要
蒙医药在我国已经有两千多年的发展史,是蒙古族的优秀文化遗产。内蒙古通辽市是我国的蒙医药之都,拥有得天独厚的蒙医药物质资源和文化资源。然而,在经济全球化背景下,蒙医药的传承与发展面临着种种困境,其主要原因就是法律保护乏力。因此,蒙医药专项性保护立法显得尤为重要。通过对通辽市蒙医药法律保护中存在问题进行剖析,探索通辽市蒙医药立法的制度设计,希望对地方立法保护蒙医药之举有所裨益。
Mongolian medicine has a history of more than 2000 years in China,and it is an excellent cultural heritage of Mongolian.Tongliao City in Inner Mongolia is the"capital of Mongolian medicine"in China,which has unique material and cultural resources of Mongolian medicine.However,in the context of economic globalization,the inheritance and development of Mongolian medicine are facing various difficulties,the main reason is the lack of legal protection.Therefore,Mongolian medicine special protection legislation is particularly important.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the legal protection of Mongolian medicine in Tongliao City,and explores the system design of Mongolian Medicine Legislation in Tongliao City,hoping to be helpful for the local legislation to protect Mongolian medicine.
