摘要
目的:观察自拟中药外用方穴位贴敷治疗风痰上扰型眩晕的疗效。方法:选取200例风痰上扰型眩晕患者,随机分为试验组和对照组各100例,对照组患者口服盐酸氟桂利嗪片治疗,治疗组患者采用自拟中药方于风池穴和翳风穴进行穴位贴敷治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后疗效、眩晕障碍评分量表(DHI)及经颅多普勒超声(TCD)检查数据。结果:经过治疗,试验组患者总有效率为91.0%,高于对照组的89.0%。两组患者治疗后DHI评分均较治疗前下降,组内治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后试验组DHI评分较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前TCD相关参数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组LVA、RVA及BA收缩期血流速度均明显增高(P<0.05),且试验组相关参数均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟中药组方贴敷治疗眩晕疗效显著,可明显改善眩晕患者症状和脑部血流状况,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Acupoint Application of self-made Chinese medicine on wind phlegm disturbance vertigo.Methods:200 patients with vertigo of wind phlegm disturbance type were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 100 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with flunarizine hydrochloride tablets orally.The patients in the treatment group were treated with acupoint sticking with traditional Chinese medicine prescription at Fengchi point and Yifeng point.The therapeutic effect,vertigo disorder score(DHI)and TCD examination data of the twogroups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.0%,higher than 89.0%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the DHI score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the DHI score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TCD related parameters between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,LVA,RVA and Ba systolic blood flow velocity in the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the related parameters in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-made traditional Chinese medicine treatment of vertigo is effective,can significantly improve the symptoms of vertigo patients,improve the state of cerebral blood flow,worthy of clinical application.
