摘要
文章针对新疆油田玛湖1井区风城组地层研磨性强、机械钻速低的难题,开展多维冲击钻井提速应用。应用结果表明,多维冲击器+牙轮钻头的提速方式在玛湖106井白云岩地层保护钻头效果显著,与常规技术相比,钻头平均单趟钻进尺提高58.8%~139.9%,平均提高102.7%,且起出钻头基本无掉牙齿现象,牙轮轴承完好,均属正常磨损。多维冲击器节约了钻头费用及提下钻时间,是解决硬地层提速难题的有效手段。
Aiming at the problems of strong abrasiveness and low ROP of Fengcheng Formation in Mahu well 1area of Xinjiang Oilfield,this paper carried out the application of multi-dimensional impact drilling to improve ROP.The application results show that the speed-up method of multi-dimensional impactor+roller cone bit has remarkable effect on protecting the bit in dolomite formation of Mahu Well 106.Compared with the conventional technology,the average single-pass drilling footage of the bit is increased by 58.8%~139.9%,and the average increase is 102.7%.The bit basically has no tooth loss,and the roller bearing is intact,which is normal wear.Multi-dimensional impactor is an effective means to solve the problem of speed-up in hard formation,which saves bit cost and drilling time.
