摘要
优良的语言战略规划及强劲的语言产业发展是当今全球城市发展的重要指标与内生增长力。上海要实现建成"卓越的全球城市"的发展目标,必须重视语言战略规划这一涉及城市竞争力的关键因素。上海有着悠久的移民历史,城市语言环境较为复杂,普通话、上海话、各地方言与各种外语杂糅并存。面对这一语言环境,需要坚持主体化与多样化并举的发展战略,改善语言战略规划,促进语言产业发展,从而为建设"卓越的全球城市"提供语言规划及产业的支撑。
Excellent language planning and robust language industry are the essential indicators and endogenous growth forces for today’s global urban development.To achieve the development goals of a remarkable global city,Shanghai should pay adequate attention to language planning,the key factor related to urban competitiveness.With a long history of immigration,Shanghai has a complicated language environment where Mandarin,Shanghai dialect,other local dialects and various foreign languages coexist.In the face of this language environment,it is necessary to adhere to the development strategy of both dominance and diversity,improve language strategy planning,promote the development of the language industry,and provide support for building a world-class global city.
