摘要
推进“岗课赛证”融通综合育人是国家职业技术教育改革的重要方向。围绕当前高职院校实践课程存在的教学内容与行业发展不同步、技能训练效果不能满足职业岗位技能需求、教学效果考核评价方式单一等问题,建议高职院校根据就业职业岗位确定实践课程人才培养目标、通过深化产教融合建立实践课程教学体系、通过鼓励师生参加职业技能大赛提升教学质量、通过试点职业技能等级证书制度引领人才培养质量科学评价,实现专业实践类课程“岗课赛证”融通综合育人目标。
Promoting the integration and comprehensive education of“post course competition certificate”is an important direction for the reform of national vocational and technical education.Focusing on the current issues of asynchronous teaching content and industry development in practical courses in higher vocational colleges,inadequate skill training effectiveness to meet the skills needs of vocational positions,and a single evaluation method for teaching effectiveness,it is recommended that vocational colleges determine talent training goals for practical courses based on employment positions,establish a practical course teaching system by deepening the integration of industry and education,improve teaching quality by encouraging teachers and students to participate in vocational skill competitions,and pilot the vocational skill level certificate system to guide the scientific evaluation of talent cultivation quality,in order to achieve the comprehensive education goal of integrating professional practical courses with“post course competition certificate”.
