摘要 施工阶段项目管理的核心任务是项目的目标控制,其中成本、进度、质量这三大目标之间是对立统一的关系。传统的施工管理目标是一个多目标优化的问题,难以实现各个目标的最大化。而BIM技术从整个项目出发,通过碰撞检测、施工模拟、成本管理、智慧工地等方面的应用,实现施工项目的信息化、精细化管理,使项目同时达到了节约成本、提高质量、缩短工期的目的,并使其他任务也能很好的实现。BIM技术的应用从很大程度上“中和”了各目标之间的对立,“缓和”了各目标的矛盾,提高了各目标之间的统一性,使各个目标“暂时”有了一个统一的目的,即为整个项目提质增效,更有效的实现施工管理的目标。通过BIM技术在某科技园的应用,阐述了BIM技术在施工管理阶段的价值。 The core task of project management in the construction stage is the goal control of the project,in which the relationship between the three goals of cost,progress and quality is a Unity of opposites.The traditional construction management objectives are a multi-objective optimization problem,which makes it difficult to achieve the maximization of each objective.Starting from the entire project,BIM technology achieves information and refined management of construction projects through applications such as collision detection,construction simulation,cost management,and smart construction sites.This enables the project to achieve cost savings,improve quality,shorten construction periods,and enable other tasks to be effectively implemented.The application of BIM technology has largely“neutralized”the opposition between various goals,“alleviated”the contradictions between each goal,improved the unity between each goal,and temporarily provided a unified purpose for each goal,which is to improve the quality and efficiency of the entire project and more effectively achieve the goals of construction management.Through the application of BIM technology in a certain science and technology park,the value of BIM technology in the construction management stage was elaborated.
