摘要
扎实推动西藏共同富裕是确保国家安全的重要基石,是加强民族团结的重要举措,是改善民生、凝聚人心的重要抓手,是西藏融入新发展格局的重要路径,具有十分重大的现实意义。扎实推动西藏共同富裕,需要提高西藏发展的平衡性、协调性和包容性,着力扩大西藏中等收入群体规模,促进西藏基本公共服务均等化,加强对西藏高收入的规范和调节,促进西藏人民精神生活共同富裕,推动西藏农民农村的共同富裕。为此,需要坚持全面推进依法治藏,以完善的法治体系确保西藏共同富裕目标的实现;需要充分发挥法治的促进与保障功能,推动西藏共同富裕的实现;需要进一步提升法治保障的实际效能,多措并举保障西藏共同富裕的实现。
