摘要
利用加速碳化和包壳技术对碎砖骨料进行增强,制备高性能人造再生轻骨料。试验结果表明,经过碳化增强后,包壳砖骨料的筒压强度可达到14.38 MPa,吸水率可降低到12.19%。相对于裸砖骨料的筒压强度提高了41.1%~66.3%,吸水率降低了23.44%~33.47%。利用碳化包壳骨料成型的再生混凝土强度可以满足C40设计要求,其90 d抗压强度达到52 MPa。
Artificial light aggregates with high properties were prepared by reinforcing the brick aggregates with accelerated carbonation technology and shell-core structure. The cylindrical compressive strength of brick aggregates prepared from shell-core structure improved by 41.1%~66.3% comparing to the bare brick aggregates,while the water absorption rate decreased by 23.44~33.47%. After the carbonation reinforcement,the cylindrical compressive strength of brick aggregates with core-shell structure reaches 14.38 MPa,and the water absorption rate could be as low as 12.19%. Concretes made with carbonated shell-core aggregates can fulfill the design requirement of C40,and the compressive strength reaches 52 MPa at 90 d.
