摘要
为了解决现有的电力系统脆弱性评估方法随机性太强、预测误差大等问题,提出了一种综合脆弱性指数(CVI)的评估方法。该方法定义了电网资产并描述了一组电网过程及其资产的二进制矩阵,计算了由一组服务事件组成的服务交付。采用直流最优潮流参数对IEEE-14总线系统进行建模,并对所有线路进行直流最优潮流计算,其中最大的CVI显示了最脆弱的电力系统服务事件。计算得出CVI平均评估误差小于6%,具有实用性。
In order to solve the problems of excessive randomness and large forecast errors in the existing power system vulnerability assessment methods,a comprehensive vulnerability index(CVI)assessment method is proposed.This method defines power grid assets and describes a set of power grid processes as well as their binary matrix,and calculates the delivery of service(DOS)composed of a set of service events.DC optimal power flow parameters are used for IEEE-14 bus modeling,and the DC optimal power flow calculation is performed for all lines.The largest CVI shows the most vulnerable power system service event.The calculated average CVI evaluation error is less than 6%,which is practical.
