从准社会互动理论到超人际互动理论:用户与虚拟偶像互动关系的理论拓展 被引量:4

From Parasocial Interaction Theory to Hyperpersonal Interaction Model:The Theoretical Extension of the Interaction between Users and Virtual Idols

摘要 基于人工智能技术生成的虚拟偶像背后是算法主导,用户与虚拟偶像的互动实际是“人—算法”关系。在大众传播环境下提出的准社会互动理论关注“人—角色”关系,缺乏对“人—算法”关系的解释力。本文首先提出需要引入超人际互动理论研究用户与虚拟偶像互动关系,并从传播环境、互动对象、互动方向、互动关系、互动策略层面比较了准社会互动理论和超人际互动理论的差异;其次从超人际互动理论角度分析了用户与虚拟偶像的互动实践;最后从技术逻辑、研究方法等角度分析了社交媒体时代超人际互动理论的解释张力。 The virtual idols are generated based on the artificial intelligence technology and dominated by algorithm,and the interaction between users and virtual idols is actually a“human-algorithm”relationship.The parasocial interaction theory proposed in the mass communication environment focuses on the“human-role”relationship and lacks explanatory power for the“human-algorithm”relationship,so this paper proposes that use the hyperpersonal interaction model to study the interaction between users and virtual idols.Firstly,this paper compares the differences between parasocial interaction theory and hyperpersonal interaction model at the level of communication environment,interaction object,interaction direction,interaction relationship,and interaction strategy.Secondly,it analyzes the interaction practice between users and virtual idols from the perspective of hyperpersonal interaction model.Finally,the explanatory strain of hyperpersonal interaction model in the social media environment are analyzed in terms of technological logic and research method.
