摘要
储罐是储存石油化工产物的重要组成部分,使用年限增长导致罐体腐蚀损耗或人为不当操作等原因可能引发危险化学物质泄漏。为研究球罐区乙烯气体泄漏爆炸发展规律,使用CFD软件FLACS对西安市某能源化工厂中的乙烯罐区泄漏爆炸事故危害进行了定量评估,还原了罐区内乙烯气体单源及多源泄漏场景,并将泄漏所产生的不规则气云耦合进该软件的气体爆炸模块,设置火源进行气体爆炸模拟,得到其爆炸超压对各储罐的影响。研究表明:泄漏产生的可燃性气云大部分浓度较低,且该部分气体流速较慢;多源泄漏不同射流气体间通过卷吸及直接碰撞相互影响,减慢了泄漏气体的扩散,当泄漏源间距较大时,该影响可忽略不计;单源泄漏发生爆炸产生的爆炸超压仅为1.63~6.87 KPa,多源泄漏发生爆炸时超压显著增大,为1.98~20.37 KPa.该研究对罐区的安全管理及事故预防具有一定的指导意义。
Tanks,as an important part of the storage of petrochemical products,may cause leakage of dangerous chemicals due to the deterioration with service life increasing or improper operation.In order to study the development law of ethylene gas leakage and explosion in the spherical tank area,the CFD software FLACS was used to quantitatively evaluate the risk of leakage and explosion accident in the ethylene tank area of an energy chemical plant in Xi’an.The single-source and multi-source leakage scenarios of the ethylene gas in the tank area was restored,and the irregular gas cloud generated by the leakage was coupled into the gas explosion module of the software,then the fire source was set to simulate the gas explosion.The impacts of explosion overpressure on each tank was examined.The research showed that most of the flammable gas clouds generated by the leakage were low in concentration with the gas flow rate being slow.The multi-source leakage was affected by the entrainment and direct collision between different jet gases,which slowed the dispersion of the leaking gas.When the distance between leakage sources was large,the influence was negligible.Compared with the single leakage source,the explosion overpressure was significantly increased from multi-source leakage.The explosion overpressure caused by the explosion of single source leakage was only 1.63~6.87 KPa,which is 1.98~20.37 KPa from multi-source.The explosion overpressure generated by the multi-source leakage was much larger than that by the single source leakage.The reseach is of great significance for guiding the safety management and accident prevention of tank area.
