摘要
目的分析疫情时代后新疆和田地区墨玉县乡村院前急救现状及乡村医师急救知识、技能培训前后效果分析。方法采取整群抽样法,选取新疆和田地区墨玉县一个镇六个乡共计123名村医为研究对象。培训前先进行问卷调查,再根据理论培训前后进行调查分析;对乡村医师进行技能操作培训后,再次评估培训的效果以及影响培训结果的相关影响因素。结果乡村医师在进行培训前掌握的急救知识平均分为(65±23)分,乡村医师进行培训后的平均分为(72±22)分;乡村医师在培训前掌握的急救技能平均分为(61±16)分,乡村医师进行培训后的平均分为(72±13)分;其中不同性别、年龄以及文化程度的乡村医师在进行培训前后的急救知识以及技能操作的掌握能力上会有所差异,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且在培训之后乡村医师对于院前急救能力的相关态度以及认知均会有所提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乡村医师在接受院前急救的培训与考核之后,对于急救知识以及急救技能的掌握都有所提高,因此政府应当大力加强对乡村医师院前急救的培训。
Objective To analyze the current situation of pre-hospital emergency care in rural areas of Moyu County,Hotan Prefecture of Xinjiang after the epidemic era,and to analyze the effectiveness of pre and post training on emergency knowledge and skills for rural physicians.Methods A total of 123 village doctors from one town and six townships in Moyu County,Hotan Prefecture,Xinjiang,were selected as the research subjects by using cluster sampling method.Questionnaire survey before training was conducted,and then a survey and analysis were conducted before and after theoretical training;After conducting skill operation training for rural doctors,the training effectiveness and the related influencing factors which affected the training results would be re-evaluated.Results The average score of first aid knowledge of rural physicians before training was(65±23)points,and the average score of rural doctors after training was(72±22)points.The average score of first aid skills mastered by rural doctors before training was(61±16)points,and the average score of rural doctors after training was(72±13)points.Among them,rural doctors of different genders,ages and education levels had differences in their mastery of emergency knowledge and skills before and after training,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).And after the training,the attitude and cognition of rural doctors about pre-hospital emergency treatment ability were improved,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rural doctors have improved their knowledge and skills of emergency treatment after receiving pre-hospital training and assessment,so the government should vigorously strengthen the training of rural doctors in pre-hospital emergency treatment.
