摘要
目的南疆某县级医院是一所二级甲等公立医院,该文旨在通过分析其人力资源配置现状,发现其人力资源配置存在的问题,以提出合理建议。方法以2021年8月全员花名册为基础,从职称、学历、年龄等方面对其人力资源配置进行描述统计分析。结果总体来看,该院人力资源配置充足,女性占69%,卫生专业技术人员占78.9%,自聘人员占71.12%,正高级职称卫生专业技术人员占0.69%,副高级职称卫生专业技术人员占3.37%,初级职称卫生专业技术人员占61.09%,年龄35岁以下人员占80.9%,大专学历人员占49.33%,硕士研究生占0.34%。结论人力资源配置比例失调,药学及医技人员比例不达标,药学人员占3.19%,医技人员占10.43%;聘用人员占比较大;高学历和高职称人员紧缺;年龄结构不合理,性别比例失调。
Objective To analyze the current situation of its human resources allocation ofsome second-class public hospitalin a county of southern area of Xinjiang and to find out the problems in human resources allocation,and finallyto make reasonable suggestions.Methods Based on the full roster on August 2021,a descriptive statistical analysis was conducted on its human resource allocation in terms of titles,education background,age,etc.Results Overall,the allocation of human resources in the hospital was sufficient,with 69%women,78.9%health professionals,71.12%hiring personnel,health professionals with senior titles accounted for 0.69%and health professionals with deputy senior titles accounted for 3.37%,health professionals with junior titles accounted for 61.09%,people under 35 years old accounted for 80.9%,49.33%of those with junior college degrees,and 0.34%of them with postgraduate degree.Conclusion The proportion of human resources allocation is out of balance,the proportion of pharmacy and medical technicians is not up to the standard,pharmacy personnel accounted for 3.19%,medical technicians accounted for 10.43%;employment personnel accounted for a relatively large proportion;highly educated and senior professional titles are in short supply;age structure is unreasonable and the gender ratio is disproportionate.
