摘要
目的探讨院外精细化延续护理干预对儿童过敏性紫癜患者遵从医嘱行为、健康行为能力的影响。方法选取2018年1月-2019年12月在本院救治的86例过敏性紫癜患儿按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用院外精细化延续护理干预,对比两组患儿家属干预前及出院后三个月遵医行为评分以及患儿健康行为能力和生活质量评估。结果对比两组患儿家属干预前及干预后三个月遵医行为评分,结果发现,干预前两组患者的家庭配合度、用药依从性、饮食依从性评分比较均无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后3个月两组比较,观察组的家庭配合度、用药依从性、饮食依从性评分均高于对照组,评分结果具统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组患儿干预后的健康行为能力,结果发现,两组患儿干预前比较健康行为能力各指标均无较大差异,比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后健康责任维度、运动维度、饮食维度、心理安适维度评分明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前两组患儿生活质量各指标评分差异不大,无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预一个月后两组比较,观察组生活质量各指标评分较对照组高,有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预三个月后比较,观察组生活质量评分各指标显著高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予儿童过敏性紫癜患者院外精细化延续护理干预可有效改善和提高患儿遵医嘱行为及健康行为能力,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of out-of-hospital delicacy continuous nursing intervention on the ability of children with allergic purpura to comply with doctor's instructions and healthy behavior.Methods A total of 86 children with Henoch-Schonely in purpura who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing care,and the observation group used out-of-hospital refined continuous nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Compliance scores of children's family members before intervention and three months after discharge as well as health behavior ability and quality of life assessment of children were compared between the two groups.Results Comparing the scores of compliance behaviors of the families of the two groups of children before and three months after the intervention,it was found that there was no significant difference in the scores of family cooperation,medication compliance,and diet compliance between the two groups of patients before the intervention(P>0.05);Comparing the two groups 3 months after the intervention,the scores of family cooperation,medication compliance,and diet compliance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the score results were statistically significant(P<0.05);The comparison between the two groups of children after the intervention,the results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups of children after the intervention in the indicators of the healthy behavior ability,and the comparison was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the observation group's health responsibility dimensions,exercise dimensions,The scores of dietary dimension and psychological well-being dimension were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);before the intervention,there was little difference in the scores of the two groups of children's quality of life,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).One month after the intervention,the two groups were compared,the observation group's quality of life index scores were higher than those of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).After three months of intervention,the observation group's quality of life scores was significantly higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Giving children with allergic purpura patients out-of-hospital refined continuous nursing intervention can effectively improve and improve the children's ability to comply with doctors'orders and health behaviors,and is worthy of promotion.
