摘要
目的评价股骨粗隆间骨折患者临床应用骨折治疗与运动康复一体化治疗的有效性及安全性。方法取60例纳入本次研究的股骨粗隆间骨折患者,纳选病例时间2019年1月-2021年1月期间收治。采用数字表抽取法随机分组,对照组(骨折治疗)与观察组(在骨折治疗基础上,取运动康复一体化治疗联用方案)各30例,两组不同治疗后,展开髋关节功能恢复情况以及术后并发症发生情况的结果评比。结果同比对照组,观察组髋关节活动恢复优良率明显提升,骨折愈合时间记录明显缩短,随访术后6个月VAS评分明显降低(P<0.05)。观察组的髋关节功能优良率经评测相较对照组明显要高(P<0.05);观察组的术后并发症发生率经评测相较对照组明显更低(P<0.05)。结论骨折治疗与运动康复一体化联用,可促进股骨粗隆间骨折患者运动功能的恢复,缩短骨折愈合时间,减轻其术后疼痛,降低其术后并发症发生率。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the integration of fracture treatment and exercise rehabilitation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture.Methods 60 patients with intertrochanteric fracture were selected from January 2019 to January 2021.They were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(fracture treatment)and the observation group(on the basis of fracture treatment,take the integration of sports and rehabilitation treatment scheme)30 cases in each group.After different treatment,the results of hip joint function recovery and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results compared with the control group,the excellent and good rate of hip joint activity recovery in the observation group was significantly improved,the fracture healing time record was significantly shortened,and the VAS score was significantly reduced after 6 months of follow-up(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of hip joint function in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the combination of fracture treatment and exercise rehabilitation can promote the recovery of motor function of patients with intertrochanteric fracture,shorten the fracture healing time,reduce the postoperative pain,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
