摘要
目的探讨高血压合并慢性胃溃疡患者展开针对性护理干预后对其复发率和生活质量的影响。方法本次研究由本院140例高血压慢性胃溃疡患者参与,入院起止时间分别为:2019年5月、2020年10月,以随机数字表法作为分组方式,140例患者分为对照组、实验组,两组病例数等量(70例)。对照组——传统护理,实验组——针对性护理。比较复发率、治疗有效率、生活质量。结果实验组在接受针对性护理后,总有效率达到33(94.29%),高于对照组的54(77.14%),数据比较(P<0.05)。实验组患者的复发率为5.17%VS对照组22.86%,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。患者的住院时长、生活质量评分以及SAS评分、SDS评分,对照组均不如实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将针对性护理运用于高血压合并慢性胃溃疡患者中,可以显著提升患者的生活质量水平,帮助患者减轻病情的同时,调节患者血压水平。
Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing intervention on the recurrence rate and quality of life of patients with hypertension complicated with chronic gastric ulcer.Methods 140 patients with hypertension and chronic gastric ulcer in our hospital participated in this study.The starting and ending time of admission were May 2019 and October 2020 respectively.140 patients were divided into control group and experimental groupby random number tablemethod.The number of cases in the two groups were the same(70cases).The control groupreceived traditional nursing,and the experimental group treated targeted nursing.The recurrence rate,treatment efficiency and quality of life of the two groupswere compared.Results After receiving targeted nursing,the total effective rate in the experimental group was 33(94.29%),which was higher than that of the control group 54(77.14%)(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of patients in the experimental group was 5.17%,which was lower than 22.86%in the control group,with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).The length of stay,quality of life score,SAS score and SDS score of the control group were lower than those of the experimental group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing in patients with hypertension complicated with chronic gastric ulcer can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,help patients reduce their condition and adjust their blood pressure.
