摘要
目的 探讨个性化护理在风湿性关节炎合并骨质疏松症护理中对患者疼痛的改善。方法 选取2018年1月-2020年1月我科收治的80例风湿性关节炎合并骨质疏松症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组各40例,对照组在治疗期间(进行常规骨科专科护理),观察组治疗期间(协同个性化护理)各40例,就两组不同护理干预下,患者疼痛改善情况及治疗效果、护理满意度、生活质量提升情况进行比较。结果 疼痛程度改善比较中,观察组在个性化护理干预下,患者疼痛改善效果较好,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05);治疗效果比较中,观察组在治疗期间协同个性化护理,使治疗总有效率提高,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05);护理满意度比较中,观察组应用个性化护理干预后,护理总满意度远超于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);生活质量比较中,观察组干预后生理机能、躯体功能、社会功能、情感职能等方面显著提升,且优于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 为风湿性关节炎合并骨质疏松患者治疗期间采用个性化护理干预,可改善疼痛程度,提升治疗总有效率与护理满意度,使患者生活质量得以改善。
Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing on pain of patients with rheumatoid arthritis complicated with osteoporosis.Methods January 2018 was selected To January 2020,80 patients with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis in our department were included in the study and randomly divided into two groups.The control group had 40 cases during the treatment period(routine nursing intervention),and the observation group had 40 cases during the treatment period(collaborative personalized nursing).The pain improvement,treatment effect,nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results In the comparison of pain degree improvement,the observation group had better pain improvement effect under individualized nursing intervention,and the difference was significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment was improved,and the difference was significant compared with that of the control group(P<0.05).In the comparison of nursing satisfaction,after the application of individualized nursing intervention,the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05);in the comparison of quality of life,the physiological function,physical function,social function,emotional function and other aspects of the observation group were significantly improved after the intervention,and they were better than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion personalized nursing intervention for patients with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis during treatment can relieve the degree of pain,improve the total effective rate and nursing satisfaction,and improve the quality of life of patients.
